1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and SWEEPR Global Limited ("SWEEPR", "we", "us", or "our") governing your download, installation, activation, and use of the SWEEPR Deepblock browser extensions, companion applications (for Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Brave, Opera, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android), website (sweeprdeepblock.com), and related services. By installing or using SWEEPR Deepblock, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Software License Grant & 5-Device Seat Limit
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and active subscription status (for Pro features), SWEEPR grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use SWEEPR Deepblock:
- Free Edition: Allows unlimited basic ad & banner blocking and manual privacy inspection on your personal browsers.
- Pro Subscription (Up to 5 Devices): Each active SWEEPR Deepblock Pro subscription entitles you to activate and use full ad blocking, automatic cookie pop-up rejection, fake online shop warnings, private browsing protection, and any purchased add-ons (such as Total Tab & RAM Tamer) on up to five (5) personal devices or browsers simultaneously.
- Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the license verification mechanism of the software except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal & Billing
SWEEPR Deepblock Pro is offered on recurring subscription plans (Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual). All payments are processed securely via Stripe (including Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal).
- Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel auto-renewal prior to the end of your current billing period via the Customer Portal, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term at the standard renewal rate disclosed at the time of checkout.
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Initial subscription purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Safe Operation & Website Compatibility
SWEEPR Deepblock is engineered to block intrusive advertisements, automatically reject non-essential cookie consent banners, warn against fraudulent online stores, and hibernate inactive background tabs safely. Because third-party websites frequently change their layout and scripts, you remain responsible for verifying critical site interactions (such as banking or checkout forms) and may pause SWEEPR Deepblock on any trusted site with a single click.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SWEEPR Deepblock is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall SWEEPR Global Limited's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the software or these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you for SWEEPR Deepblock during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK or EU consumer protection laws.
